By using Mohit Autosync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Mohit Autosync is an Android application designed to help users synchronize files and folders between their device and supported cloud storage services, including Google Drive.
You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for the files and folders you choose to synchronize. You should grant only the permissions required for the features you intend to use.
You agree not to use Mohit Autosync for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, distribution of malicious content, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that violates Google service terms or applicable law.
You remain responsible for your files and for maintaining appropriate backups. Synchronization can modify, replace or delete files depending on the options selected by the user.
The application may change, be updated, experience interruptions, or stop supporting a feature or service. No guarantee is made that the app will always be available without interruption.
Mohit Autosync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free synchronization.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or losses resulting from incorrect synchronization settings, third-party service outages, or user actions.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will be published on this page.
